Getting Started

The hardest part of beginning a workout is starting. It seems like a fundamental statement, but it is a fact. Many people feel the need to get in shape but have no starting point. 

Forty Plus and Fit understands this concept. So, I have created three videos to help get anyone started on a solid but uncomplicated workout plan. 

We will work on a simple twist, crunches, and a simple plank.
