Yesterday, October 11, 2021, was my 60th birthday. It is a milestone. I have said it before, and I will say it again. I have been hired and fired. I have been loved, hated, and then loved again. I have reached the top and the bottom all at the same time. I am less than 10 months from having open-heart surgery and here I stand as crazy as I have always been.
My birthday gift to myself was hitting the 405lb hex deadlift for the record on video. Some people ask me, why do I do this wild stuff and my answer is always the same: because I can.
