Scheduling and paying for workout sessions is a two-part process:
- Using the appointment scheduling calendar below, select the date and time of your session(s). Once the scheduling process is complete, you can proceed to the payment process.
- In the payment process, you will use the drop-down menu to select the payment amount that corresponds to the type and quantity of session(s) that you scheduled. (If you schedule more sessions than you pay for, your payments will be applied to the corresponding number of future sessions that are closest to the payment date.)
NOTE: Your sessions are not confirmed until payment is received, and you receive a notification email stating that your sessions are confirmed.

Working With Your Trainer
Currently, we are only working remotely with clients, using Zoom, a video-meeting resource. (NOTE: There’s no cost to you to use Zoom.)
Working with your trainer via Zoom is easy!
- We’ll send you an invitation to the “meeting.” You simply click on the link in the email to accept the invitation. The, follow the prompts to download the Zoom app (you’ll only have to do this the first time.). If you’re using a laptop, it will not be necessary to download the Zoom app.
- Position your device or webcam so that your trainer can see you on his end. We can order a modestly priced tripod that works great for this (It’s the same one we use!), for you. Ask us for the details.
